1. Take the easy way out - so easy to slip back into habits
2. Hurt the ones we really love - we dont mean too but we do
3. Stay in this moment - get some help!
4. Open up to friends - my personal favourite
5. Seek attention - not to be done with strangers in dangerous times
6. Drink to thoughtlessness (oblivion)
7. Feel alive - i feel alive when Im at the lowest points, its true.
8. Bust a move (Dance moron!)
9. Watch mindless hours of TV/stare at the wall to loud music -self explanatory
10.Clean - its proven, especially coupled with stress. When stressed, clean.
11. Cry - i havent cried in years. Althought I might have welled a bit when Sherlene cried.
